交链孢醇和交链孢醇单甲醚的制备

The Preparation of Alternariol and Alternariol-9-Methyl Ether

按Ｓｔｉ等的方法制备交链孢醇和交链孢醇单甲醚，发现当完全按照他们的实验条件操作时，不能每步反应都获得所报道的产率，而且相差颇大，为此改变反应条件以使产率较为满意。本文详细报道这一实验结果。

In order to study the relationship between alterinara toxin(a mixture of the toxic metabolites of alterinara) and esophageal cancer, alternariol and altenariol-9-methyl ether were prepared according to the method of F. Soti, et al. We found that in some of the synthetic steps the yields we obtained were quite lower than those they reported.So we could not help but modify the experimental conditions here and there to improve the yields. In this paper the details of our experiments are given.
