本文研究的是一种智能通道计数器,它不但可以计数,还可以识别通道物体的通过方向。主要用来保证危险场所人员安全,具有重要的实际意义。它是通过光电传感器来采集信息再由PLC控制系统来实现控制的。其工作可靠,结构简单、造价低,有很好的开发前景和运用价值。是PLC在控制方面,软件编程的又一次灵活的实际应用,具有突破性、开发性和实用性。

This text studied a passage counter of intelligence. It not only can take count of people, but also can identify direction. It is used for ensuring operator, s safety. It has the value of practical application. It gleans information through infrared sensing units. It is controlled by PLC system. It has a lot of advantage including practicability; extensive application area;safety and confidence;simple structure;low cost;good foreground of exploitation and application. This text has analyzed counter of intelligence from six units： analyses of design requirement; analyses of detailed design;analyses of software;analyses of reliability;analyses of applied foreground;analyses of exploitation and development. Software of design is emphases in this text. It has analyzed detailed process of software realization and dependability of software nmning. It is a practical application in flexible programming of PLC. It is exploitable; applied and innovative.
