创新型实用性人才的培养对师资队伍的素质从整体上要求建设一支“素质优秀、结构优良、技术过硬、生产懂行、专兼结合、特色鲜明、勇于创新”的“双师型”师资队伍,从个体上要求必须具备强烈的事业心和责任感、现代化的教学理念和方法、探索者和创新者的能力、较强的实践技术服务能力、较强的组织和管理能力、运用现代化教学手段的能力等。要达到这些要求,必须采取有效的对策措施。

Requirements for quality of teaching staff in cultivating innovativel and pragmatic talents, comprehensively, involve the establishment of a teaching group with ＂excellent quality, superior structure, super-hard skill, productive expertise, full-and-part-time combination, distinct features, and bold innovation＂. Individually, such teaching staff should possess strong sense of career and responsibility, modem teaching conception and methods, explorative and innovative capabilities, service capabilities of practice skills, strong organizational and managerial capabilities and capabilities of using modem teaching means. To achieve these requirements, we should take effectre countermeasures.
