试论语言节律在普通话朗读和说话中的重要性——兼谈《普通话水平测试实施纲要》的评分标准

On importance of rhythm of speech sounds in reading and speaking of standard Chinese——comments on assessing criteria of "cutlire of standard chinese Test"

朗读和说话是衡量口语表达能力的重要依据。朗读和说话都涉及普通话节律。进行科学的语音评价,必须重视语言的节律层面。为更好地推行、贯彻2003年教育部、国家语委颁布的新测试大纲,测评研究应重视节律问题。

Reading and speaking are important standards to judge one＇s ability of expressing something in Chinese. And they both relate to rhythm of standard Chinese. To ensure accuracy in judging one＇s level of speech sounds, stress must be attached to sector of rhythm. In order to exercise and implement the new testing syllabus jointly promulgated by Ministry Of Education and State Committee Of Language in 2003, importance must be given to rhythm training in the testing study.
