加强高职高专生就业心理素质教育,提升就业能力

Strengthening the psychological quality-oriented education of employment and promoting the ability of obtaining employment

随着社会经济的发展,高职高专生的就业面临着巨大的挑战和压力;然而,目前部分高职高专生存在着一些不良的就业心理素质,影响着其就业能力。因此,在高职生的就业指导中应加强就业心理素质教育,以充分拓展就业空间。

With the development of social economy, students at higher vocational colleges face great challenges and pressure in the respect of employment. However, some of them have some improper psychological qualities on employment at present, which affects their employment ability. Therefore, we should strengthen the psychological quality-oriented education of employment in the career guidance to fully expand the space of employment.
