大学生素质的提高,必须借助一定的载体,志愿服务以“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的精神为号召,在青年大学生投身奉献社会、服务他人活动中去的同时,能使大学生实现自身的价值,提高个人的才能,从而实现综合素质的提高,这项活动符合市场经济条件下自我意识觉醒的一般人的切身感受和普遍心态。因而研究志愿服务,在高校强化志愿服务,培养大学生志愿者精神,使其能充分发挥素质教育的重要载体作用。

The improvement of the college students＇ quality needs a carrier, and the voluntary service activity is under the flag of ＂contribution, friendship, mutual help, advance＂. During the time of the most college students＇ devoting themselves to serving the society and the people, they help themselves to realize their own values; to develop their personal abilities, thus, to realize the upgrade of their comprehensive character. It is a task complied with their personal feelings and common attitudes as common people whose consciousness is awakened under market economy. Therefore, the research of voluntary service activities plays an important part in the stress of the voluntary service in the universities and the cultivation of volunteers＇ spirit.
