摘要
知识经济时代,人力资源对经济增长的贡献率日益提高,人力资源管理也就显得日益重要。由于人所具有的复杂性和特殊性,如何将人力资本转变为真正的人力资源并加以激活与整合,以实现员工个体的价值和组织整体的目标,就成为现代人力资源管理的核心问题。
During the era of knowledge-based economy, human resource management is more important than ever before as the contribution of human resource to economy growth increases gradually. On account of the particularity and complexity human beings have, it is the crucial problem of modem human resource management for managers to change human capital into real human resource, and then to motivate it for the purpose of achieving an organization's goals and realizing the staffs value at the same time.
