An Analysis of Game Theory Model and Management Strategy for Social Conflict Based on Preventing Infection of SARS

SARS一类社会突发事件处置中存在行为对立的双方(防治方与传染方)以及不同社会成员之间的两类社会冲突。本文分别应用博弈论和冲突管理的基本原理,分析了行为对立双方的对抗模式,提出了代表全社会利益一方(医护人员)配备的最优对策;分析了社会成员之间产生冲突的原因,提出了合作性冲突管理的主要对策,并作了结构分析。

There are two kinds of social conflict in the procedure of preventing infection of SARS- prevention and infection, different social groups. Based on game theory and conflict management theory, this paper has established some more appropriate models that analyzed the confrontation between the prevention and inflection of SARS. The optimal strategies of providing doctors and nurses, cooperative conflict management have also been proposed.
