摘要 本文探讨了大型超市蔬菜业务不尽人意的原因,并从物流和供应链的角度分析了蔬菜供应链应该具有的能力。最后对如何改善蔬菜业务的经营从物流供应链和营销策略的角度给出了自己的观点。 This article was written to find out the reasons why vegetable business is not very well at supermarkets in China. From the angle of logistics and supply chain, the writer analyzes the capabilities of vegetable supply chain that is needed if good performance can achieved. In the last the writer gives his own opinions on how to improve vegetable business at supermarkets, that is, from improving vegetable supply chain logistics management, we can make it.
