摘要
“凝聚力工程”是党组织从关心群众入手,加强思想政治工作,进而推进党组织建设的一种工作机制。对基层党组织“凝聚力工程”建设的研究,对新时期加强和改进党的思想政治工作,充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用具有重要的现实意义。
“The Cohesion Project” is a kind of working system about starting from taking care people to strengthen the political thinking work, and pushing forward the construction of the CPC. The research of “the Cohesion projeet” construction is very meaningful for strengthening and improving the political thinking work of the CPC, and giving full play to the CPC＇s effect as a fort.
