摘要
自20世纪初,随着企业规模与数量的飞速增长,围绕如何提高企业中人员组织与效率的问题,管理学者们进行了不断的探索,其中有关人性的理论探索及应用,不断深入,并且这样的探索和实践的过程必将使'人'--企业生存与发展的核心动力,不断获得尊重、信任和发展,并最终成为推动社会和人类自身全面发展进步的不竭动力.
Since the early twentieth century, with the rapid development of business scale and the increasing quantity of enterprises, scholars in the field of management have probed the problem-- how to prompt the organization and efficiency of the personnel in an enterprise, and have had a deep research on the theory and practice of humanized management. Such a process full of researching work and practice will surely make the employees--the core and motivation of an enterprise's living and development--feel respected, trusted and also develop themselves. As a result, they can become a continuous motive force of the all--round development of human beings and society.
