随着经济的快速发展,物流业在国家经济发展中的地位愈来愈重要,徐州铁路物流业在新的经营形势下如何才能得到快速的发展,对徐州铁路多元经营的跨越式发展的影响尤为重要.本文分析了徐州地区铁路物流业存在的问题,提出需要加强经营战略的制定、人力资源管理、组织结构的设置等若干对策.

With the fast development of economics, logistics has played a more and more important role in our country＇s economic development. It will critically influence the great development of Xuzhou railway multi--management to achieve a rapid development of Xuzhou railway logistics in the new managing situation. The article tries to find subsistent problem existing in Xuzhou railway logistics and presents some countermeasures, such as the making of managerial tactics, the administration of personnel, and the building of organic body, etc..
