关于中部农村贫困地区义务教育投入的现状与思考

Thought on the Current Situation of Investment in Compulsory Education of Rural Distressed Area in the Centre of China

中部农村贫困地区义务教育自2001年实行“以县为主”的管理体制后得到了较快的发展,但是仍存在不少困难与问题。因此,必须从落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会和促使中部崛起的战略高度出发,进一步加大对农村贫困地区义务教育的扶持力度,切实保证农村贫困地区义务教育的顺利实施。

Compulsory education of rural distressed area in the center of China has been developed rapidly since the management system was taken, which based on the county from 2001. Whereas, there are still some difficulties and questions in reality. In order to put the compulsory education into force smoothly, we should encourage the support for it from the angles of carrying out the science development viewpoint, constructing harmonious society, urging the development of center of China, and so on.
