梳唇石斛组织培养

Tissue Culture of Dendrobium strongylanthum

以梳唇石斛为材料,研究不同激素配比对外植体诱导、分化、增殖和生根的影响.实验结果表明,诱导外植体分化增殖效果较好的培养基为:MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L,生根效果较好的培养基为:1/2MS+香蕉泥(100g/L)+NAA(0.1 mg/L).

The experiment was conducted by using Dendrobium strongylanthum Rchb. f. as the materianl to study the effects of different proportions of hormones on inducing differentiation, growth, propagation and rooting of the cactus explants. The results of experiment are as follows. The optimummedium for the induction differentiation and propagation is MS ＋ 6- BA（1.5mg/L） ＋ NAA（0.4mg/L）, the optimummedium for rooting is 1/2MS ＋ banana （100g/L） ＋ NAA（0.1 mg/L）.
