摘要 新经济时代的到来,企业面临全新的竞争环境和经营特点,企业之间的竞争实际上是人才的竞争。人力资源是企业重要的战略资源,培养建设人才队伍是企业发展的战略保证。培训成为企业的第一投资,要用经营的理念来管理培训,将培训产品化、社会化。在经营培训产品同时,要树立强烈品牌意识,追求培训产品价值最大化。 With the coming of the new economic era,enterprises face the all new competition environment and management character, the competition between enterprises in practice is the competition between talented persons. Human resource is the important strategic resource in the enterprise, so building and training the team of talented persons is the strategic guarantee of the enterprise development. Training is becoming the first investment in the enterprise, it must not only be operated under the thought of business management, but also be socialized and formed products. So we should managed the training products, at the same time we should built up the strongly thought of the training's brand name, and pursued the maximized value of the training products.
