摘要
目的评价16层螺旋CT结肠癌检查后处理技术在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值。方法应用16层螺旋CT对30例确诊为结直肠癌患者,包括直肠癌9例,升结肠癌10例,横结肠癌8例,降结肠癌3例,行一次屏气全结肠段容积扫描,分别进行多平面重建(MPR)、透明法(Raysum)及CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)等后处理。结果CT结肠成像可显示全部的结肠,较好地反映了结直肠病变的数量、位置、范围、表面形态、管腔狭窄、肠管周围及远处脏器的情况。结论MPR、Raysum、CTVE 3种后处理技术在结直肠癌诊断中的临床应用价值各不相同,它们相互结合,更有利于结直肠癌的诊断及CT分期,也是重要的补充检查手段。
Objective To evaluate the application of 16 MSCT with three post processing techniques in diagnosing colonic neoplasm. Methods Thirty patients, who were already diagnosed as colonic neoplasm, including 9 rectal cancer, 10 ascending colon cancer, 8 transverse colon, 3 descending colon cancer underwent volume scanning using 16 multislice helical CT. Three types of reconstruction included multiple planar reconstruction, Raysum and CT virtual endoscopy. Results Complete colon could be seen in all patients, which made colon lesions's number size, location, scope, shape, invasion of colonic wall and pericolie organ from colon neoplasm more clear. Con- clusion Three types of post processing techniques have their own advantages and values in the detection of colonic neoplasm. The combined use of the three post processing techniques, which will be effective in diagnosis colonic neoplasm . TheY are also important and supplementary exam means.
