摘要
目的探讨抗金黄色葡萄球菌及溶血性链球菌鸡卵黄IgG喷剂治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性咽炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组50例和对照组50例。治疗组采用抗金黄色葡萄球菌及溶血性链球菌鸡卵黄IgG喷剂口腔喷雾治疗30 d;对照组采用口腔喷雾安慰剂30 d。结果治疗组治愈率36.0%(18/50)、显效率42.0%(21/50)、有效率8.0%(4/50)、无效率14.0%(7/50),总有效率86.0%(43/50);对照组显效率4.0%(2/50)、有效率16.0%(8/50)、无效率80.0%(40/50),总有效率20.0%(10/50),两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(χ2=58.2,P<0.005)。结论0.2%抗金黄色葡萄球菌及溶血性链球菌鸡卵黄IgG喷剂治疗慢性咽炎疗效显著,安全、无毒副作用,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of specific hen egg immunoglobulin G (IgY) stomat-spray of anti-S, aureus and S. hemolyticus on chronic pharyngitis. Methods A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial was conducted on 100 patients with chronic pharyngitis. Experimental group of 50 patients with chronic pharyngitis received 0. 2% stomatspray of specific hen egg immunoglobulin G of anti-S, aureus and S. hemolyticus 10 sprays per time, 4 times daily, for 30 days. Placebo-control group of 50 patients with chronic pharyngitis received placebo 10 sprays per time, 4 times daily, for 30 days. The therapeutic effects were evaluated 30 days later by the decreased scores based on both the symptoms and physical signs. Results In experimental group the cure rate was 36.0%(18/50), the striking effective rate 42.0% (21/ 50), the effective rate 8.0% (4/50), the ineffective rate 14.0% (7/50), with total effective rate of 86.0% (43/50). In control group the striking effective rate was 4.0% (2/50), the effective rate 16.0% (8/50), the ineffective rate 80.0% (40/50), with total effective rate of 20.0% (10/ 50). The difference between the two groups was strikingly significant (χ^2=58.2,P〈 0. 005). There was not side effect nor toxic effect and no allergic reaction in experimental group. Conclusion The stomat-spray of specific hen egg immunoglobulin G of anti-S, aureus and S. hemolyticus is a safe and effective agent in treating chronic pharyngitis.
