摘要 目的探讨损伤控制外科(damage control surgery, DCS)在严重腹部外伤中的应用.方法总结2004年6月～2005年4月收治的7例严重腹部外伤的临床资料,其治疗均采用DCS的3阶段原则:初始简化手术、复苏、和确定性手术.结果 7例均进行了早期的止血和控制污染的简化手术,72 h内行二次确定性手术,其中治愈6例、死亡1例.结论损伤控制外科能显著地提高严重腹部外伤的救治率,值得在临床推广应用. Objective To explore the application of DCS in serious abdominal injuries. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases with serious abdominal injuries admitted in hospital from June 2004 to May 2005 were collected for study. The principles of the DCS were appled separately. Results All 7 cases received simplify operative treatment and precised operative in 72 hours. Of all, 6 cases were cured and 1 died. Conclusion Damage control surgery（DCS） can improve greatly the rescue in abdominal injuries. It is spread deservedly in clinical.
