摘要
目的研究胆石症伴胆汁反流患者与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡等疾病的关系。方法观察530例胆石症患者和100例无胆石症的消化不良者胃、十二指肠的内镜及组织学变化。结果胆石症组伴发胃、十二指肠疾病183例(34.5%),其中胆汁反流性胃炎98例(53.6%),消化性溃疡46例(25.1%);而无胆石症的消化不良组分别为9%和18%。慢性胃炎的范围和程度及消化性溃疡发生率与胆汁反流呈正相关。结论胆汁反流是胆石症伴发胃十二指肠疾患的重要因素。
AIMS A cause-effect correlation between bile reflux and gastritis and peptic ulcer in patients with gallstones was studied. METHODS Macroscopic and microscopic changes of stomach and duode- num were observed by gastroduodenoscopy for 530 patients with gall- stones and other 100 patients with non-gallstone dyspepsia as controls. RESULTS Among 530 patients with gallstones,183 patients(34.5%) complicated with gastroduodenal disease,98 bile reflux gastritis(53.6%) and 46 peptic ulcer(25.1%),while 9% of bile reflux gastritis and 18% peptic ulcer in non-gallstone dyspepsia.The area and degree of gastritis and peptic ulcer correlated with the grade of bile reflux. CONCLUSIONS Bile reflux is an important factor of patients with gall- stones concomitant gastroduodenal diseases.
