南昌市东湖区老年人生存质量抽样调查

Samping Survey of the Old People′s Life Quality in Donghu District of Nanchang City

目的了解南昌市老年人生存质量及其影响因素。方法采用WHO推荐的生存质量评价量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对南昌市东湖区195名老年人进行生存质量测量。结果(1)老年人生存质量平均得分(71.80±13.67)分,其中生理、心理、社会关系以及环境4个领域得分分别为(77.36±11.50)、(75.50±10.96)、(69.25±10.33)和(67.66±10.36)分;(2)62.1%的老年人患有各种慢性疾病,居于前三位的慢性疾病及患病率分别是高血压23.1%、心脏病10.8%和糖尿病8.7%。结论南昌市东湖区老年人生存质量属于中等水平,影响老年人生存质量的因素有性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况,以及慢性疾病、经济收入、医疗保健水平、社区服务、居住环境等。了解南昌市老年人生存质量及其影响因素有利于采取措施提高老年人健康水平和生存质量。

Objective To study the life quality of old people and its influencial factors. Methods The WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire was employed for 195 people over 60 years old. Results （1） The average scores of the life quality of old people were 71.80±13.67,scores of physiology , psychology ,social relationship and environment domain partly 77. 36 ± 11.50,75. 50± 10. 96, 69.25±10.33,67.66±10.36. （2） 62.1% of the old people was attacked by all kinds of chronic diseases,the prevalence of hypertension , heart disease and diabetes were 23. 1%, 10. 8% and 8.7%, respectively. Conclusion The life quality of old people of Donghu district in Nanchang city is interlocutory. The influential factors include sex, age, educational degree ,marriage,chronic diseases,economy status, medicalcare level, social service and living environment etc. Investigation of the life quality old people and its influencial factors are beneficial for taking steps to improve the life quality old people and their healthy level.
