高校教师心理健康水平研究

A Research about the Level of the Mental Health on the College Teachers

目的了解高校教师的心理健康水平。方法将高校教师分为在职和离退休两个人群,采用整群抽样法抽取60位在职高校教师,随机抽样法抽取36位高校离退休教师,进行症状自评量表[1](SCL-90)评定。结果高校在职和离退休教师的心理健康水平均比一般人群好,但前者在躯体化、强迫状态、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性方面比后者的差,两者差异有显著性。结论高校教师的心理健康状况良好,但在职教师的心理健康状况比离退休教师的差,在职教师的心理健康状况不容忽视。

Objective To learn the current status of the mental health of the teachers of the college. Methods SCL-90 was adopted to carry on questionnaire investigation on 60 hired faculties and 36 retired teachers. Results The mental health of hired faculties and retired teachers were both better than common people. But the mental health of hired teachers was worse than that of the retired teachers manifested in somatization, obsessive compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, and psychoticism. Conclusion Although the mental health of hired and retired teachers are better, hired teachers are obviously worse than retired ones and we should not neglect this problem.
