摘要原发性十二指肠炎(DI)指炎症累及十二指肠粘膜,尤其是十二指肠第一段,但无十二指肠溃疡(DU)。内镜广泛应用于临床后才逐渐被认识。据国内内镜检查结果,上腹部有症状而受检患者10%-16%有 DI,其中30%-60%伴有上消化道出血。国外报道 DI 内镜检出率为6%-41%。但内镜应用历史不长,对 DI 认识不充分。本文就有关问题作一综述。
