摘要 遗传因素对优秀运动员的运动能力有重要影响,随着生物技术的发展,人们对运动能力相关基因的认识也越来越深刻。阐述了对运动能力起重要影响作用的相关基因之一,ACE基因I/D多态性研究的新进展,这些研究在运动员选材、制定适宜的运动训练方案、以及为人类健康服务等方面具有巨大的应用前景,同时指出了目前该研究存在的一些局限性和不足。 Athletes performance and ability has a strong heritable component. With the development of biology techniques, more and more individual genetic variations that contribute to athletic performance have been identificated. This paper lists and summaries recent studies on ACE UD polymorphism ,one of the important genes closely associated with elite athlete status, which is essential to the suitable training progress and human health. Some inadequacy is mentioned about present studies.
