不同时间水环境对大鼠脑组织5-羟色胺及其代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察大鼠在不同时间水环境应激过程中下丘脑、纹状体5-羟色胺(5-HT)及其代谢产物5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)含量的变化,分析5-HT含量变化与水环境之间的关系。方法:分别测定安静组、一次水环境组和长期水环境组大鼠8周后下丘脑、纹状体中5-HT和5-HIAA含量。结果:长期水环境组大鼠下丘脑5-HT含量显著高于安静组(P<0.05),一次水环境组大鼠纹状体5-HIAA含量显著高于安静组(P<0.05),其余各组间无显著性差异,但水环境的影响可使上述指标较安静组有增高的趋势。结论:水环境刺激可使大鼠下丘脑、纹状体中的抑制性神经递质5-HT及其代谢产物的含量增加,使机体处于中枢抑制状态。 Objective, To explore the relationship between the changes of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) concentration and the water circumstances, this research observed changes of 5-HT and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) concentrations in rat corpus striatum and hypothalamus when they were in different time' s water circumstances. Methods, The contents of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in rat corpus striatum and hypothalamus had been measured separately in the sedentary group, once water circumstance group and long term water circumstance group after 8 weeks. Results, The levels of 5-HT in rat hypothalamus of long term water circumstance group were higher than sedentary group(P〈0.05), the levels of 5-HIAA in rat corpus striatum of once water circumstance group were higher than sedentary group(P〈0.05), then there is no difference between the rest groups, but under the effects of water circumstance, the levels of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in the sedentary group were a lit- tle lower than the other two groups. Conclusions, The increase of inhibited neurotransmitter 5-HT and 5-HIAA concentrations in rat corpus striatum and hypothalamus was caused by water circum- stances, which induced the central inhibition.
