摘要
以河北邯郸钢铁集团责任有限公司为个案,选择35岁以下青年知识分子为研究对象,用流行的人力资源理论,采取自制案例进行问卷调查的方法,研究了青年知识分子群体参加工作时间与成才状况的函数关系,即“类浴盆模型”。并简要分析了原因。
According to the cases of Handan Iron and Steel Group Co, LTD, we choose the young intellectuals below 35 years old as our objects. By using the theory of the human resources and the way of cresting cases to carry through questionaive, we research the relationship of the function relation beteen their working hours and grow condition, namely “the similar bathtub model.” we also analyse the reason briefly.
