This paper mainly analyzes that the supply and requirement of the technical employees in our country at present from both government and company＇s view. It explains the position of the scarcity of company technical employees, and opens out the reasons. In the end, for the purpose of solving the problem of the scarcity of company technical employees, puts forward a rational proposal which can not only meet the requirement of the company but make the technical employees be employed sufficiently,
