培养创造性人才的关键就是培养创造性思维。创造性思维对创造性人才的培养具有重要作用。本文阐明了创造性思维的内涵以及创造性思维与创造性人才的关系,分析了阻碍学生创造性思维培养的因素,在此基础上从转变教育思想,改进教学模式;优化创造环境,鼓励自由创造;丰富知识经验,完善知识结构;运用多种方法,训练多种思维四个方面对创造性思维的培养途径进行了探索。

The key of the cultivation of creative talented people is to cultivate their creative thinking. Creative thinking plays an important role in the process of the cultivating creative talented people. This passage elucidates the connotation of creative thinking and the relationship between it and creative talented people, analyses the factors that impede the cultivation of students＇ creative thinking ability. After illustrating these, it explores ways of cultivating the creative thinking from four aspects：changing educational mind, ameliorating educational mode, optimizing creative atmospbere and training multiple mind.
