This paper analyzes the common ground shared by the east and west cultures, sets forth a concrete and effective approach to the ethical and cultural construction of the enterprises involved in market competition, and affirms fully the important function of ideological and political education, the effective method of education framed by the Party in the cultural construction of the enterprises.
