摘要
“素质教育”概念能否科学而精练地表述,直接影响到人们对素质教育的理解和自觉从事素质教育的实践行为。之所以会出现2004年南京市高考的尴尬局面,与究竟什么是素质教育没有搞清楚不无关系。本文试图以《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》(以下简称《决定》)为政策导向,应用现代教育科学理论,对素质教育的概念进行新的阐释。
Whether the concept of character education is stated scientifically and correctly will directly influence people' s understanding of it and their practice of its implementation. The awkward situation occurred in Nanjing' s Entrance Examination to College in 2004 had something to do with the unclear conception and understanding of character education. Based on Chinese government' s official documents of deepening educational reform and implementing character education and based on the modem education theories this paper tries to give new interpretation of character education.
