摘要
阐述了美国研究生教育发展历程的特点,即:理性与实用理念并存;课程与科研双翼并重;大学与企业合作共赢。指出了美国研究生的培养经验对职技高师职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养的借鉴作用:注重培养目标的应用性:注重课程设置的基础性和综合性;注重导师配置的交叉性;注重学校与社会的协作性;注重培养特色的“双师”性。
The characteristics on the development course of postgraduate education in USA. are as follows: coexistence of idealism and realism ; equal attention on course and research ; co-operation between universities and enterprises. These can be used for reference by TVET teachers' universities on the cultivation of VTE postgraduates as follows: attention to the applicability of cultivation objective; attention to the fundaments and integration of courses; cross allocation of tutors; cooperative cultivation by schools and the society; insistence on the cuhiveation feature of “dual-mode teacher” system.
