从河南省高职院校近年来的发展状况,学生规模、基本办学条件、'双师型'教师现状等方面的调查得知,河南省高职院校的发展呈高度弱势状态,整体状况不能令人满意.影响河南省高职院校发展的因素主要有:教育观念不适应;专业设置和定位不合理;办学投入严重不足;师资缺乏等.

This paper analyses the developed situation, the students scale, basic condition of runing school and the state of dual teachers in some higher vocational colleges in Henan province. At the same time,it also summarizes factors which influence the development of higher vocational colleges in Henan province.
