目的:摸清2004年疫情,指导全省性病防治.方法:疫情报告和流行病学调查.结果:2004年湖北省77个地(市)县累计报告性病病例22 921例,较2003年(23 869例)下降了3.97%,自1999年以来连续5年下降,2004年全省性病总报告年发病率为38.867/105.其中男性病例13 829例,占报告病例总数的60.33%,女性病例9 092例,占报告病例总数的39.67%,男女病例数之比为1.52∶1.20岁左右组占33.91%.30岁左右组占37.33%,40岁左右组占17.04%.0岁左右和1岁左右2个年龄组占0.87%.讨论:2004年湖北省性病疫情与2003年相比虽有所下降,但艾滋病已进入快速增长期,预防和控制性病的任务仍十分艰巨.患者主要集中在20岁左右组和30岁左右组2个年龄组.儿童患者的数量有明显的升高.性病的防治重点应放在青壮年和婴幼儿人群.

Objective： to find out the epidemic situation in 2004, and to instruct the prevention and treatment of venereal diseases in Hubei Province. Methods .. collecting the data from daily and monthly reports of preventive diseases; data from epidemic investigation. Results ： the sum of the venereal diseases were 22 921 in 77 cities or counties of Hubei Province in 2004, The patients were reduced by 3. 971% compared with that in 2003. The number has declined for successive 5 years since 1999. In 2004 the total number of venereal diseases reports in indicated the morbidity was 38. 867/10^5, There were 13 829 samples in male, it was 60.33% in the total number; There were 9 092 samples in female, it was 39.67%. The ratio between male and female was 1.52： 1. The group of 20 years old was 33.91%, 30 years old was 37.33%, 40 years old was 17.04%, and the group under one year old was 0. 87%. Discussion：although the epidemic situation in 2004 reduced compared with that in 2003, aquired immunodeficiency disease has entered the period of fast-increasing. The patients and the infected mainly are the population with the goup of 20 years old and 30. The number of the children suffers is obviously increased. The key point of prevention and treatment should be the groups of the youngsters and infants.
