摘要
对核心胜任特征理论的研究进行了述评,对该理论在组织发展以及人力资源管理活动中的意义进行了讨论。核心胜任特征是组织核心竞争力的源泉,是组织独特的、具有竞争优势的各种资源的综合。组织的核心胜任特征理论已成为组织战略、组织行为与人力资源管理研究的一个重要的领域。国内从组织层面出发来研究组织的核心胜任特征尚未引起人们的足够重视。
This paper reviews the study on the theory of core competency of organization, and analyses its significances in organization development and human resource management. Core competencies are the sources of the core competitiveness of organizations and the integration of the unique and competitively advantageous resources of organizations. The theory has become an important field of organization strategy, behavior, and human resource management studies. Not much attention has been paid to the study of core competencies of organization through organization level.
