高校教师职称评审工作与很多因素有关,学历是众多因素之一,学历和职称之间存在一定的关系。主要研究了学历—职称之间的单向转换关系及其转换规律。这种规律可以用一种数学模型来表示,并且通过数学模型来建立合理的学历—职称结构。

Academic qualification is one of the many factors related to the examination and comment of professional titles for teachers in colleges and universities. There exists some relationship between academic qualifications and professional titles. This paper studies the one - way conversion relationship and conversion rule between academic qualifications and professional tides, which can be expressed with a mathematical model. With this model, this paper establishes a reasonable structure for academic qualifications and professional tides.
