加强三峡库区农业银行经营管理的探索

随着三峡工程建设的推进,三峡库区的经济格局发生了巨大的变化,给金融业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇。但同时,三峡工程带来的特殊的移民经济,也为当地金融业带来了巨大的挑战。为抓住机遇,迎接挑战,必须加强三峡库区农业银行的经营管理。以万州农业银行为例,在对三峡库区农业银行经营管理现状分析的基础上,针对性地提出了加强库区农业银行经营管理的对策。

With the advancement of the construction of the Three Gorges Project, great changes have happened in the economic patterns in the Three - Gorge Reservoir area, which poses unprecedented opportunities for the development of banking business. At the same time, however, the special migrant economy brought about by the Three Gorges Project has also formed great challenges for local banking business. In order to grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges, it is necessary to strengthen the operation and management of the agricultural banks in the Reservoir area. This paper takes Wanzhou Agricultural Bank as example to analyze the status quo of the operation and management of the agricul- tural banks in the Reservoir area and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the operation and management of the agricultural banks in the Reservoir area.
