论中国农民人权现状及制度保障

On the Status Quo of Chinese Peasant's Human Rights and the System-based Guarantee

在中国的法治化进程中,农民是很值得关注的权利主体。中国农民由于其自身经济状况、文化素质、地缘条件等的影响,在现代社会中往往处于社会底层,那么农民怎么样来保护自己的权利便是一个很重要的问题。通过对农民人权所存在问题的分析,提出实现和保障农民人权相关制度的思路与对策。

In the process of implementing ruling by law in China, peasants are the subject of rights worthwhile to be paid attention to. Chinese peasants are often in the bottom of society in the modem society because of the influence of their own economic situation, cultural qualities, geographical conditions, etc.. It is an important problem how peasants come to protect their own rights. This paper analyzes existing problems in peasants human rights, and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures as to the relevant systems to realize and guarantee peasants human rights.
