On the Effective Ways to Improve the Quality of Higher Vocational Education and Teaching

高职教育教学质量在大众化阶段存在的问题影响着教学质量。必须与时俱进,更新教学质量理念,把激发学生学习积极性作为教学内容的一部分,建立有效的激励与约束机制,切实加强实践教学环节,以此来提高整个高职教育教学质量。

The issues existing in the senior vocational education of the popularizing stage have an influence on the teaching and educational quality, therefore, the higher vocational education has to keep up with times and meanwhile we should renew our teaching notions to stimulate the students＇initiative during our teaching. Also, the system of encouragement and administration must be set up in class; every teaching detail should be carefully carried out so as to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education.
