着床前小鼠子宫内膜及胚泡中IL-8RB蛋白的定位表达及意义

摘要 目的:研究着床前小鼠子宫内膜及胚泡中白细胞介素-8B型受体(Interleukin-8 receptor B,IL-8RB)的 表达情况。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术,观察IL-8RB蛋白在妊娠4d小鼠子宫内膜及胚泡的表达部位;HE染色后光 镜下观察子宫内膜的形态结构特点。结果:IL-8RB表达于妊娠4d小鼠子宫内膜的腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞和基质中; 胚泡的内细胞团和滋养层细胞亦有阳性表达。HE染色可见妊娠4d基质中有大量中性粒细胞浸润,而腔上皮中未见中 性粒细胞。结论:IL-8RB可能通过与其配体IL-8结合而参与胚泡滋养层细胞与子宫内膜上皮细胞之间的相互作用。 Objective : To study the expression of interleukin - 8 receptor B ( Interleukin - 8 receptor B, IL - 8RB) in mouse endometrium and blastocyst before implantation. Methods : The local expressions of IL - 8RB in mouse endometrium and blastocyst on the 4th day were shown by immunohistochemistry method;The morphological change of mouse endometrium was observed with light microscopy after hematoxylin -eosin staining. Results: On the 4th day, IL -8RB was located in the luminal epithelium,glandular epithelium and stroma of endometrium, and positive IL -8RB staining of blastocyst was showed in the inner cell mass and trophoblast. A great deal of neutrophils could be seen in the stroma on the 4th day with light microscopy after hematoxylin- eosin staining; but there was no neutrophil in the luminal epithelium. Conclusions: IL- 8RB might combine with its ligand IL - 8 to take part in the interaction between the luminal epithelium of endometrium and trophoblast of blastocyst.
