摘要
两三千年前,受商末周初人本主义思想上升的影响,中国的哲人及明君贤相们已认识到人才的宝贵价值,礼贤下士、招贤纳士成为一代风尚,并“论材、量能、谋德而举之”,为人才成长提供了广阔的舞台,成为人才辈出的重要因素。
Abstract: As early as two to three thousand years ago, under the influence of humanism at the transition of Shang and Zhou Dynasty, sages as well as enlightened emperors and wise ministers began to appreciate and enroll talents, and being courteous to the wise and condescending to the scholarly became a fashion. Talents were “talked about, measured both in ability and morality and employed”. Because of the favorable conditions for development and growth, there appeared generations of talents. The policy of talent treasuring, which is a starting point and breakthrough for the history of talent ideology, holds a firm position in and extends significance on the history of Chinese ideology of talent development.
