体育教育与健康教育融为一体的改革研究

Reform Research on Melting Athletics Education with Health Education

健康教育已经被列为学校教育的基本内容之一。而如何在学校教育中实施健康教育则是摆在我们面前的新课题。本课题通过文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对体育教育和健康教育的本质和内涵以及两者的关系作深入分析,进而对将健康教育融入体育教育的可行性进行探讨和论证,同时提出并验证将健康教育融入体育教育后体育教育应进行的改革方案,期望改革后的体育教育是一门融健康教育和体育教育为一体的更具有生命力的新型学科。

Health education were already listed as the one of the basic contents in school education. But a new problem of how to put the health education into practice during the athletics education is facing to us. This passage analyzes the essence, the relation of health education and athletics education through data method, interviewing method, experimenting method, investigating method, logic analyzing method etc. then clarifying the possibility and the necessity of melting health education with athletics education, besides, we also present and prove the reform project which base on this research, expecting the after-reform athletics education becomes a new course which melts health education with athletics education.
