摘要
魏晋南北朝的谏官制度源自秦朝,也为隋唐谏官制度的完备奠定了基础。但是谏官由于受制于专制皇权,所以其谏言也大打折扣。
The court-admonisher system originates from Qin dynasty, and it lays foundations for the court-admonisher system of Sui and Tang dynasties. The court-admonisher can＇t carry out their admonition for the reason that they are under the orders of the monarch.
