贫困地区中小学教师不良人际关系的成因及改善

摘要 贫困地区中小学教师人际关系有较为严重的不良现象,表现为:人际交往技能的欠缺,主动交往意识不强,交际面狭窄,人际交往定位不当。形成原因主要有教师职业劳动特点影响,贫困地区社会及经济发展状况限制,“文人相轻”心理作祟,认知偏差。要改善不良人际关系,需要提高中小学教师对人际关系的认识,解决观念问题;加强训练,提高人际交往技能;创造和谐的人际气氛,改善教师工作、生活环境。 There are rather serious undesirable phenomens in the interpersonal relationship of primary and middle school teachers in the poverty-stricken areas. The expression is as follows; the skills of interpersonal association are deficient, the consciousness of initiative association is not so strong, they have only a limited circle of acquaintances and they can't put themselves in a proper place in the interpersonal relationship. The formation causes are mainly the influence of teacher's professional characteristics, the limitation of the conditions of social and economic development in the povertystricken areas, the evil influence of the psychology of "Writers often disparager one another", and the deviation or error of cognition. In order to improve the undesirable interpersonal relationship, we should raise the cognition of the interpersonal relationship for the middle and primary school teachers, solve the concept problem, strengthen training, raise the skills of interpersonal atmosphere, and improve teacher's education and living environments.
