摘要 提出了用支撑液膜法从柠檬酸的发酵液中提取柠檬酸的新方法,实验结果表明用支撑液膜法提取柠檬酸是可行的.考察了膜的装配方法和载体浓度对传递通量及体系稳定性的影响,在该体系和一定的操作条件下,确定了合适的膜配方. A new method of supported liquid-membrane (SLM) for extracting the citric acid was proposed in this paper. The experimental results proved that it is possible to extract citric acid by SLM. Morever, the effects of membrane-installed means and concentration of TOA on the transfer flux and the stability of the membrane were experimentally researched. The proper membrane composition was obtained under given operating conditions in this system.
