摘要
综述了氯化铁、硫酸铜、硫酸铁铵、硫酸氢钠、对甲苯磺酸、新固体酸T-400、强酸性阳离子交换树脂、TiSiW12O40/TiO2、固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3和磷钨酸掺杂聚苯胺催化剂H3PW12O40/PAn等10种不同催化剂催化合成己二酸二丁酯的实验结果。结果表明:硫酸铁铵、硫酸氢钠、对甲苯磺酸、新固体酸T-400和强酸性阳离子交换树脂5种催化剂对合成己二酸二丁酯的收率较高,具有实际应用价值。
The synthesis of dibutyl adipate was studied by using FeC13·6H2O, cupric sulfate, NH4Fe(SO4 )2, sodium bisulfate, p-toluenesulfonic acid, new-solid acid T-400, strongly acidic cationic exchange resin, TiSiWl2040/TiO2, SO2-/TiO2-MoO3 and H3PW12O40/PAn as catalysts. The optimum amount of catalyst and water carrying agent, reaction time, ratio between acid and alcohol were also studied. The result showed that NH4Fe(SO4)2, sodium bisulfate, p-toluenesulfonic acid, new-solid acid T-400 and strongly acidic cationic exchange resin are the excellent catalysts for the synthesis of dibutyl adipate.
