纳米TiO_2光催化机理及改性研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 在纳米TiO2微观结构的基础上,讨论了纳米TiO2光催化改性方法,包括提高可见光响应活性和提高光量子效率,重点阐述了这两种改性和TiO2纳米结构的关系,认为具有更开放晶体结构的锐钛矿型更易于电子迁移,而具有较少表面缺陷的大晶面金红石型更具有电子反应活性,光催化性能的综合改善,应基于特定结构的可以降低(或消除)界面能的不同晶型复配,最后对改性方法提出了建议。 The modification methods of TiO2 photocatalysis, including the improvement of visible light response and photons efficiency on the basis of nano-TiO2 microstructure, are discussed. The relation between modification methods and nanostructure is also expounded. There are more space in the crystalline structure of anatase nano-TiO2 than other types, so it is easier for electron to reach surface. By contraries, rutile nano-TiO2 exhibits more activity in electron reaction for its less surface bugs. As a result, the two kinds of nano- crystal may be combined together in order to provide better photocatalysis capability. Finally, some new modification methods are suggested.
