Java and C ＋ ＋ are two kinds of excellent object-oriented programming language, and play important role in network application. Especially, Java is a language based on network, The safety performance is more importance. This paper presents the difference between java and C ＋ ＋ in security of network application, mechanism of the language and security of runnable environment. The result is learning about the characteristic of the security based on Java and security based on C ＋ ＋ . So, we can realize that the advantage in characteristic of the security based on Java.
