摘要
某高速公路黄家墩中桥因墩下土层为软弱地层而采用钻孔灌注桩作为墩台基础。声波检测桩及钻孔取芯证明,有两根桩在存在严重质量缺陷,必须对桩体进行补强。经过工期和经济分析对比,决定采用高压旋喷注浆技术加固存在缺陷桩体,效果良好。
Bored and cast reinforced concrete piles were adopted as the foundation for piers and abutments of Huangjiadun Middle Bridge in Lewen Expressway. Sound wave and core inspection indicated that there were severe faults in two piles, which must be enforced to ensure their strength. After analysis and comparison in construction time and cost, high pressure jet grouting technique was chosen for the enforcement and the enforcement effect was satisfactory.
