On Lianhe Zaobao's Anxiety upon the Default of Chinese in the Beginning of the Century

世纪初以来《联合早报》大量文章凸现对华语“失语”的文化焦虑，通过对这些焦虑的报刊文本进行细 读，来探寻和思考在全球化的现代性进程中，海外华文传媒在传承中华文化过程中对华人华侨族群的深层文化身 份定位及相关文化人类学的问题。

In a lot of articles, Lianhe Zaobao displayed its cultural anxiety upon the default of Chinese from the beginning of the century on, through which we can explore in the modernization process of globalization that the media of overseas Chinese look for the positioning of subconscious cultural identity of the overseas Chinese and Chinese communities, and for cultural anthropological affairs in the continuity of Chinese traditional culture.
