高校作为人才的培养基地，以主流意识形态教育和影响大学生，是培养合格人才的保证，但是在全球 化背景下高校主流意识形态建设受到新的冲击，我们要引导高校青年师生正确认识全球化的实质，充分利用全球 化的有利因素，采取有效措施进一步加强和改进高校主流意识形态的建设。

The higher education institution educates and influences university students with mainstream ideology as talents＇ cultivation base, train qualified assurance of talent, but university＇s mainstream ideology has received the new impact under globalization background, we want tell that young teachers and students of the university know the essence of globalization, fully utilizing the favorable factor of the globalization.
