摘要
通过混合盐反应制备了原位增强TiB2/A l-4.5Cu复合材料。利用ZXD-3型合金铸造性能多功能测试仪等,对材料的收缩应变和热裂抗力进行了测试,同时还利用液淬法测试了复合材料的凝固行为。结果表明:随着混合盐含量的提高,复合材料的热裂抗力增加明显,至混合盐含量到达10%时材料中已没有发现热裂纹;另外混合盐的加入,改变了原A l-4.5Cu的凝固方式,它使复合材料的凝固相对于A l-4.5Cu提前并且均匀化,也细化了晶粒。
This paper describes how to produce the TiB2/Al-4.5Cu composite by adding the mixed salt , measures the strength of hot crack resistance of the material and studies the solidifi cation behavior of the composite by putting the required material into the low temperature liquid . The experiment shows that the ability of the composite to resist crack will increase with more mixed salt . When addition of is 10% no crack occurs in the material ; on the other hand , mixed salt will change the solidified method of the composite. The particle of the crystal of the composite is refined and uniformod.
